The 12-spindle DE363P is the ideal machine for the production of ultra high polish precision glass of varying sizes and thickness. The machine uses a 3 bearing chain panel structures for support and drive. The DE363P is also equipped with a protection device for grinding small 30mmx30mm (1 3/16” X 1 3/16”) pieces up to 38mm (1.5”) thick. Production speed is controlled via a motorvariator.  

The entry arm is equipped with a precise and easy to use gear reduction box that enables the operator to lower or raise the input height of the arm. This is especially beneficial when controlling the desired amount of glass removal without having to adjust each spindle individually. The machine has a complete and separate stainless steel cerium compartment with 3 felt wheels dedicated for bottom edging and aris polishing. Once polished, the end results are edges as clear as the glass surface itself.

The DE363P utilizes a user-friendly touch screen & PLC for the setting of glass thickness and other operating parameters.
